Matthew Raetz

Matthew is honored to be gracing the Rivertown Theater stage for the first time in the iconic role of Cliff Bradshaw. A NOCCA alumni and veteran of New Orleans Theatre, Matthew has appeared with the New Orleans Shakespeare Festival as Dromio (Comedy of Errors), Prince Ferdinand (The Tempest), Lenox (MacBeth) and others. With the Tennessee Williams Theatre Company he has appeared as Dr. Sugar (Suddenly Last Summer), Jack Hunter (The Rose Tattoo), and Jim O’Conner (The Glass Menagerie). Nominated for a Big Easy Award for his performance in The Glass Menagerie, Matthew also performs at Christmas time in the Warner Bro. live production of The Polar Express as the Conductor. When he’s not acting, you can find Matthew running his circus/entertainment company YellowBoxCircus. Book them for your next event!
