Jennifer DeLatte

Jennifer DeLatte (Miss Sandra) - has performed all over the world alongside Broadway and West End veterans, and right here in the Greater New Orleans area for many years. On the Rivertown stage, she portrayed everyone’s favorite Disney villain, Maleficent, in Descendants, Melpomene (Xanadu), Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast), Clarice Bernstein (November), Hannah (Newsies), and Lina Lamont (Singing in the Rain - 2010). She has also served as music director for several Rivertown shows: Assassins, Drowsy Chaperone, and Nunsense II. Additional favorite roles performed: Anne (A Little Night Music), Marie/Fairy Godmother (Cinderella), Emma (Jekyll & Hyde), Marian (The Music Man), Elizabeth Benning (Young Frankenstein), Alice Beineke (The Addams Family), Ulla (The Producers), and Christine Colgate (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels). Jennifer is also a film/TV actress; she wrote, directed, and stars in the YouTube web-series, The Cybernaturals. When she isn’t rehearsing, filming, or playing the role of financial controller by day, she is a private voice teacher to a wonderful bunch of students.
