Barry James Acosta

Barry is a New Orleans Native and received his BA in Theatre from Centenary College of Louisiana. Recently Barry was seen at Rivertown Theaters competing in the Miss Glamouresse Pageant as Miss Great Plains (Pageant) and portrayed Trent Oliver in The Prom. Some of Barry’s favorite credits include: Larry (The Boys in the Band), Trevor (The Play that Goes Wrong), Spring Awakening (Hanschen), Big Love (Giuliano), and Pangaea (Georgie Cromwell). Outside of theater, Barry dreams of going on Survivor and Big Brother as your favorite reality TV villain, and enjoys eating tacos and drinking margaritas.
